Buying a first home is complicated enough. Getting the information should not be. We aim for this site to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification, and people reading in their second language.
Target standard
We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA. That means real text instead of images of text, strong colour contrast, a visible focus indicator on every interactive element, one clear heading per page, and forms with proper labels and error messages.
What this site does
Every page has a skip link to the main content, a logical heading order, descriptive link text, and form fields with visible labels. Colour is never the only way we communicate something. Text can be enlarged without the layout breaking.
Language
The site is published in English and Spanish as two complete versions, with the language declared in the page code so screen readers switch pronunciation correctly. The Spanish version is written natively, not machine-translated.
Tell us about a barrier
If something here is hard to use, we want to know. Email daysidiaz.realtor@gmail.com or call (240) 386-9931 and describe what happened. We will fix it, and we will give you the information you needed in another form in the meantime.
